By mid-October, Elfbar Canada was seeing email open rates hold steady, but the click-through rates were dipping, often falling below 6%. Despite high seasonal interest, the email experience wasn’t converting attention into action.

We needed to streamline how our offer was presented—especially during high-volume campaigns like Halloween.

For a major Halloween drop, we tested a one-key-visual layout supported by three bundled offers, focused purely on:

  • 🛒 Straightforward CTAs

The goal was to cut friction, highlight urgency, and make tapping the offer effortless.
